Our primary objective is to provide you a comprehensive package
that guarantees your website will achieve your goals. To ensure
we have all the information required, we meet with you and complete
our website requirements survey. The survey covers everything
from defining the goals of your site, targeting your audience,
the professional image of your company, the needs of your business,
and how your website will fit into your overall marketing strategy.
We then provide you with a written quote followed by a “plain
English” service agreement.
2. Design Concepts
Our website designer will meet with you and using the information
gathered in the website requirement survey, further define the
visual and functional needs of your site. A variety of design
concepts will be created, reviewed with you and additional modifications
made. Once you are satisfied that the “look and feel”
is right for your business, we proceed to development.
3. Website Development
Our website developer will take the selected design concept and
create all of the pages for your site and layout the appropriate
content, graphics, and links. Once complete, you will be asked
to review the site and we will make any modifications that are
necessary.
4. Site launch & marketing
Once you have approved your site, we will optimize all pages
for the search engines and submit you to the top search engines.
If you have selected additional marketing services geared towards
driving even more visitors to your site, we will also implement
those strategies during this phase.
5. Ongoing site support
We will be happy to work with you to refine your site at no additional
charge for the first month, excepting major design changes. We
reserve the right to charge for any extensive modifications. After
the first month, we offer both ongoing maintenance contracts and
ongoing marketing contracts. We strongly recommend our clients
consider their websites to be long-term projects. A successful
website needs to remain dynamic; continual updates and marketing
efforts are essential to realizing your business goals.
